For work created specifically for clients under a service agreement, ownership and usage rights will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Motion Atlas Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
  • We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services
  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or changes to algorithms that may affect campaign performance

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The quality, accuracy, or reliability of our services
  • Specific results or outcomes from our marketing services
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services

10. Termination
